Do I need technical knowledge to use your hosting?
No. That is the point. We manage servers, updates, email setup, and security. You reach out when you need something — we handle the rest.
What is included in IT support?
Help with your hosting, email, and website issues. Depending on your plan, support ranges from basic assistance to priority response with a dedicated contact.
Can I combine services into one package?
Yes. Our all-in bundles put website hosting, email, a .nl domain, and security on one invoice at the same prices as buying each part separately. We can also build a custom package.
Do I need web design or development to get website hosting?
For Essential and Growth plans, yes — hosting is offered alongside our design and development services. From Professional upward, hosting can stand on its own with optional add-ons.
What does zero-tolerance security mean?
We take a strict approach to keeping your site clean and monitored. Choose from automated scanning (Tier I) up to full update watch with human oversight (Tier III).
When will the website builder be available?
